About Stonecake
Stonecake formed in Borlänge in the late 1980s around Tommy Andersson and Marcus Källström, with Klas Hägglund on bass and organ. Their first single, Tuesday Afternoon, climbed to number four on the Swedish Trackslistan in 1991, the year of the debut album Under the Biketree.
Acoustic Toilets, In the Middle of Nowhere and Some People followed, and the band marked thirty years with a recorded hometown concert. We publish Stonecake’s songs, and according to our own records Tuesday Afternoon has been heard in the SVT series Spelskandalen.
