About Stupidity

Stupidity have played garage rock in Stockholm for close to twenty years, rooted in pub rock, R&B and soul and named after a Solomon Burke song. Singer Erniz and drummer Tommy Boy have been there from the start, joined since 2020 by JV on guitar and Heurika on bass.

Steven Van Zandt has long had the band’s back: the songs are played on his Underground Garage, appear on the soundtrack to Lilyhammer, and the seventh album Beyond Stupidity, eleven covers, came out on Wicked Cool Records. Add tours in the United States and collaborations with members of The Fleshtones and The Dictators. We look after Stupidity’s songs.
