About Red Herring Music Ltd
Red Herring Music Ltd is the publisher behind The Leather Nun, the rock band that started in Gothenburg in the late 1970s with Jonas Almquist out front and Freddie Wadling on bass in the early years. The debut Slow Death came out in 1979 on Industrial Records and is regarded today as an early classic of Swedish punk and industrial.
The albums Lust Games, Steel Construction, International Heroes and Nun Permanent followed between 1986 and 1991, and after the 2014 reunion came Whatever in 2015. The publisher describes its catalogue as uncompromising rock from the alternative scene, with acts such as All That Jazz alongside The Leather Nun. We represent the catalogue.
